Now that
the sea’s begun to ebb and flow,
we can walk on along the shore,
where from afar we greeted ourselves,
from every side of the same waters
that left us both apart.
From an exhausting heat
onto a gentle breeze
which swayed
the almost shrivelled leaves,
and now the moon’s begun to smile at us.
